Founded by Rosa Poler after more than twenty years and a hundred-plus closings across South Florida, Poler Partners brings a single family's judgment to the whole life of a transaction — the brokerage that knows the block, the desk that raises the capital, and the principals who put their own money behind a thesis.

We work quietly and directly. Much of what we do never touches a portal: off-market residential, commercial repositioning, M&A deal sourcing, and the occasional ground-up build we take on ourselves.
